HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We offer payment via PAYPAL or Credit Card

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, to most countries, however there are some countries we do not send to due to customs restrictions. We only ship to countries available upon checkout.

We use MALTA POST to ship our gorgeous products. Items are processed & dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order & payment. Allow up to 10 days for delivery (however, during COVID-19 we have been experiencing much longer delivery times - we thank you for your patience).

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For detailed information check out our Refund Policy page. Please note: we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges at our Island Paradise Boutique Shop in Valletta for online purchases.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE? 

We do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us as per our Refund Policy and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

 

CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

We carefully check all products before sending them out. In the rare case that an item is faulty or defective return freight will be covered by Island Paradise, however, freight charges for fitment issues or change of mind are to be covered by the Customer. See our Refund Policy.

 

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?

Import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
